RecycleBoxBin does not share your information. RecycleBoxBin does list, at our discretion, some company names on our web site as confirmed customers that have purchased our products. Information provided to the PayPal system for payment via PayPal or credit card is governed by PayPal and the PayPal privacy policies - see more information at www.paypal.com. Payment information is processed through the PayPal link. RecycleBoxBin does not request, hold or have access to your credit card or PayPal payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
RecycleBoxBin typically ships orders of up to 25 units within 2-3 days. Orders over 25 may take additional time. RecycleBoxBin ships merchandise to locations within the 48 continental United States. Additional charges will be added for shipments to HI, AK & PR. We ship our product via UPS ground carbon neutral program. Direct shipping costs are added during checkout. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Material availability and weather may delay shipping times.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Returns will be refunded once received and checked less shipping cost both to and back from the customer.

RecycleBoxBin provides a full refund (less shipping cost) for any product returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Exemptions may be made by RecycleBoxBin for international shipments, call before returning international products.
